Refund Policy

AT ONVEL, WE WANT CUSTOMERS TO SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE. THIS REFUND POLICY EXPLAINS WHEN REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR REPLACEMENTS MAY BE AVAILABLE.

1. Returns

CUSTOMERS MAY REQUEST A RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEIR ORDER, PROVIDED THE ITEM IS UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, AND RETURNED WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING WHERE APPLICABLE.

2. Non-Returnable Items

ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, USED, DAMAGED, ALTERED, OR RETURNED WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

3. Defective, Incorrect, Or Incomplete Orders

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. WE MAY REQUEST PHOTOS OR OTHER EVIDENCE TO HELP RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

4. Refunds

ONCE A RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU WHETHER YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN APPROVED. APPROVED REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

5. Shipping Costs

ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE RETURN IS DUE TO OUR ERROR, A DEFECTIVE ITEM, OR AN INCORRECT ITEM BEING SENT. CUSTOMERS MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
